mm-traffic #11

Get mm-traffic #11, the first issue created automagically by a Ruby script. There are a lot of interesting things this time, including an LED subsystem.

The new and shiny Ruby script cuts the time for copy&paste down to ~1.5 seconds for 1000 patches, so we will have more frequent and more detailed issues in the future.
