mm-traffic Issue #10: 2.6.15-mm4

There have been a LOT of kernel patches (944 added, 1394 removed), but many of them only concern bugfixes or refactored code, so the first issue of mm-traffic in 2006 is a little bit shorter than I tought it would be.
